First you must look for the colleges in London you want to study in, this you can do by visiting british council website( https://www.britishcouncil.in/study-uk ) and look for the courses and college you want to study in.
Next contact the college and send them you application, there are numerous scholarships avaliable for which you also have to talk to college about that.
If the college approves your application you can then process your visa appliaction. Be mind that this process must be done atleast 3 weeks before the starting of the semester.
