You need to apply for NEET to study in medical stream after 12th. It includes courses like MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BUMS, BPT, BHMS, Bvsc and various BSc degrees.
Cut-off scores are variable for each course. However for the most preferred MBBS course, you need to score at around 500 out of 720 to get a decent seat.

After class 12th the options available in Medical field are
For entrance into MBBS/BDS/BHMS/BAMS courses you need to sit for NEET UG EXAM.
Minimum marks for OBC category to get all India Quota seat is 550+ while for BDS(DENTAL) the score goes a little less.
For getting a MBBS/BDS seat through State quota the cutoff is little less than that required for All India Quota.
