what are the different ways by which my OMR sheet can get rejected

Hello dear
Hope you’re doing well
- SET ID Not Filled
- Multiple Choices Filled For a question
- Markings Outside the Bubble
- Half Bubble Filled: In case the OMR is able to read this entry, there are no problems. But, if the OMR reader is unable to identify this half filled bubble, it will treat is a NO entry.
- Stray Marks on the OMR Sheet:Stary marks can misalign the OMR reader as it will not be able to recognize the horizontal bar on the side of the sheet.
- Signature Outside the designated box
- Name Bubbles Not Filled
- Roll No. Incorrectly Filled
- More Than One Center Filled
