There is no such disadvantages like that. AP EAMCET is a renowned examination and is fully recognized. There are many other colleges in the country which accepts AP EAMCET score. Even many other states conducts their separate entrance examination for admission into medical or engineering courses. So, you do not need to think about it. It do not have any such advantages or disadvantages. What you need is a good college having good academics, placements etc. which gives you opportunities to explore. Along with it, your future depends upon how you perform in the subjects choose by you and also your knowledge and skills. So, don't worry about it. There is no such disadvantages.
