what are the documents required for JOSSA counceling 2021

Candidates must bring all the aforementioned documents in original and also a photocopy of the same to the reporting centre. Candidates not complying with this instruction may lose his/ her candidature.

• Three passport size photographs similar to one uploaded in JEE Main 2021 application form
• Candidate Undertaking
• Proof of Seat Acceptance Fee Payment by e-challan or Internet Banking through SBI
• JEE Main Score Card 2021
• JEE Main Admit Card 2021
• Class 10th Standard Mark Sheet or Date of Birth Proof
• Class 12 (or equivalent) Mark Sheet and Pass Certificate
• Valid photo Identity Card
• Medical Certificate
• Category Certificate (if applicable)
• PwD Certificate (if applicable)
• OCI Certificate or PIO Card (if applicable)

• JEE Main 2021 Admit card
• JEE Main 2021 Rank Card
• Three passport size photographs similar to the one uploaded during JEE Main 2021 registration
• Provisional seat allotment letter
• Fee Acceptance Receipt (Echallan /Netbanking)
• Candidate’s Undertaking as per given format in JoSAA website
• Photo identity card (issued by govt. agency) OR Photo ID issued by last attended school OR Class XII admit card
• Date of birth proof [Class X marks sheet or any other similar certificate]
• Medical certificate as per given format
• Class 12 Pass certificate
• Category certificate (OBC-NCL/SC/ST), if applicable as per given format
• Passport – Indian nationals who passed the qualifying examination from Nepal/Bhutan or an institution abroad
• National Open School pass out candidates must bring the proof of place of examination center of the final examination to determine the state code.
• Registration-cum-locked choices for seat allotment
• OCI certificate or PIO card if applicable
• Certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PwD), if applicable
