Greetings.
After JEE main examination, you are not eligible for IIT as IIT requires JEE advanced. But all the NITs accept JEE main marks so you can get admission into an NIT and other good private colleges.

Through JEE Main scores, you can apply for NITs, IIITs and CFTIs. You will have to apply for JoSAA, which is the centralized counselling for JEE Main qualified candidates for admissions into these institutes.
