In order to get admissions into NITs you need to appear for Jee Mains examination. The minimum score you need in Jee Mains to get into NITs is more than 150. You should also score well in your 12th class that is above 75% in order to get top percentile. Hope this helps.

Hello,
The candidates who are wants to get admission in NITs they must have a minimum of 75% percent marks in class 12 or equivalent examination. For SC/ ST categories it is must be 65% in class 12 or equivalent examination. After that the selection process is start on the basis of JEE MAIN rank.
