well you can prepare any exams !. Basically it depends what is your interest?
The most common interest after B.Tech are msotly MBA or GATE or any XYZ exams. If you have interest to work for the government sector you can prepare for UPSC or any state government examination . If else you want to continue in the technology sector itself you can prepare for M.SC level examination on your prefered subject .
