What are the good NIFT options for a general category with 2990 common metric ranks and Uttrakhand domicile?

Hello,
It is difficult to procure seat in any of the NIFT colleges if you are aiming for fashion designing. There are vague chances to get a seat, in other streams and you have some reservations.
Uttrakhand domicile won't help in NIFT admissions, as there are no NIFT colleges in Uttrakhand.
