IT officers monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of an organisation like
- installation and configuration of computer hardware, OS and mantaining applications;
- monitor and check computer systems and networks
- troubleshooting system and network problems
- diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues
To become an IT officer, you can appear for IBPS SO.
