The important documents required for application form in jEE mains:

- Valid I'd proof (aadhaar number, aadhaar enrollment number id,aadhaar registration number, ration card number etc).
- Class 12 the certificate if available
- Class 10 mark sheet
- Until last year the Aadhaar number is mandatory to register for jEE mains 2019. But for 2019 it is not mandatory you can use any I'd proof provided above.

Hello.
Important documents for Jee mains application:
- Aadhar card(or any other Id proof)
- 10th Marks card
- If available, 12th score card
- Scanned copy of your recent photo
- Scanned copy of your signature
- Scanned copy of parents/guardian's signature
