    Hey,There is no b tech degree in physics.But there is bsc in physics and msc is physics. This are research level courses.If you are much interested in physics you should take msc 5 year course.And bsc is 3 year course. b.tech degree includes engineering physics subject & there is no branch like physics in b.tech.

    Thanks, but when I say btech and physics together, obviously i meant engineering physics.
