AIIMS has 200 questions

60 physics

60 chemistry

60 biology

And 20 general knowledge

Concept based questions are asked in physics and numericals are based on simple concepts

Assertion reasoning is asked directly from the NCERT

biology has questions from ncert books

If you go through ncert you will find the paper easy.
