Dear Student,
There is no minimum marks criteria for Jee Mains paper 2. The paper contains three sections : Mathematics ( 100 marks ) , Aptitude ( 200 marks ) and Drawing ( 100 marks ). If you belong to the general category achieving a score around 240-250 will bag you a rank above 1500. To get into good colleges like NITs you should aim for the following score :
Aptitude = 170-180
Mathematics = 40-50
Drawing = 50-60

There are no minimum marks to qualify JEE MAIN paper 2. The cut-off is based on the number of aspirants as well as their performace. Only the rank of JEE Main paper 2 is required. According to past year patterns, if you get 70% and above in JEE Mains paper 2 you may get a seat in any NIT. The home state and other state quota is also there.
