First of all you need to score in excess of 360 out of 720 to qualify for Neet and you get a good Government Medical College via the 85% state quota you must in for a score in excess of 500 not 550 and if file 15% all India quota then at least 600 not 650
The Guru chapters in physics are definitely those of mechanics kinematics, electro mechanical circuits modern Physics,Thermodynamics.
Chemistry you need to pay special attention on molar concept and the atomic structure as well as concepts and periodic table from physical chemistry carbonyl compounds and reaction mechanism from organic chemistry as well as ionic balancing and heavy metals metallurgy from inorganic chemistry
In Biology you need to lay more stress on the chapters of Botany animal physiology, zoology as in the animal Kingdoms and microbiology as well as biotechnology since they are the most heavily question chapters
