Yes it is possible to keep an eye over the Opening and Closing Ranks for every round in JoSAA 2019 Counselling. But to avail this, you have to visit the official JoSAA Portal wherein, you have the option of viewing "Closing and opening rank with seat allotment statistics". Click the link and you have the entire list which you're asking for. You can download the PDFs for the same too.
