what are the opportunities before me with 371th and 2643rd ranks under OBC - NCL and OPEN categories respectievely in UCEED 2018 examination

There are a total of 105 seats offered by the three participating IITs - IITB, IITG, and IIITDMJ. Of these seats, 51 are open seats, while 28 are for OBC-NCL.

As you can see, given your rank it will be very difficult to get into the IITs. The good thing though is there are some institutes that offer admission based on UCEED Scores.

As there are only 105 seats across IIT Guwahati, IIT Bombay and IIITDM Jabalpur, your chances of admission in these 3 institutes are quite low. However, you can try at the following institutes, which will offer admission based on your UCEED scores:
