Yes ofcourse you can be successfull.
It's depends upon you how you convert the opportunity you will receive.
In every field you can.
But it's your choice and interest.
And do whatever you want to it with passion and dedication than success always reaches your foot.

Other than Engineering and Medical the options are as follows :-
- Plain BSc . By plain BSc I mean you a student can do BSc in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or Botany or Microbiology or Statistics, etc.
- BSc Information Technology, BSc Computer Science if you have interest in computers , building applications, programming etc.
- If you want to study about business or finance then commerce graduation courses can be done after which you can opt for MBA. ( Note :- MBA can be done after any graduation program)
- If you want to learn about history or geography or something in arts related field then you can go for graduation courses in arts fields.
- There are entrance exams for Architecture like NATA so you can go for it, provided you have interest in it.
- Fashion designing is also one of the course you can apply for by giving entrance exam.
Look out where your interest lies and then choose.

At the end of graduation what would matter will be a student's knowledge and skills. If the student has skills to get a job then he/she will get a job irrespective of the college.
