Neet cut off marks has nothing to do with pandemic and the lockdown, the only impact of lockdown on NEET is that neet examination has been postponed and nothing else.
Your cutoff marks actually depends on various factors like:-
For example if this year, your neet question paper is easy than cutoff marks will increase various if question paper is tough then cut off marks will decrease.
