Cut offs of every entrance examination vary year by year.
The cut offs variation depends on how much candidates appear for counseling,how much candidates appear for counseling, the difficulty level of the question paper etc.

There are very less possibility of changing the closing Rank Available in the counseling.
Hold your breath and wait for last counseling results.
