Each school in the US has a different set of conditions. You may look up to their respective websites and prepare the application likewise.

However, each university requires:

• a motivation letter (statement of purpose)
• 2-3 recommendation letters (from your previous teachers)
• your previous mark sheets
• your SAT scores
• your TOEFL scores
• your CV

Beside the above-mentioned requirements, there may be a few more which you may have to fulfill, depending on which university you wish to attend.
