There are only three subjects in JEE Mains syllabus. And all of the three takes equal importance in Entrance Exam. But I can say chemistry is the only subject which can help you to improve your score.
Considering the chemistry syllabus of JEE and NEET:
The questions for JEE Mains are far more difficult and needs intensive studies. However, the questions asked in NEET are comparatively simpler. NEET has a lot to remember whereas, JEE students require more of evaluation and understanding.
