Hope you doing well, The syllabus varies every year but i would suggest you to First of all try to make a schedule when you want to study if you are a  night bird then study at night and make a time table accordingly make a time stamp from this time to this time you will be studying maths or physics or chemistry whatever you want if you are a early morning bird then make your time stamp according to it

If you want to get a good score in JEE Main, it is a prudent idea not to neglect any topic. It is because, there is not fixed pattern, and questions can be asked practically from any topic. That being said, there does seem to be some topics that are more likely to include more questions than other topics.

For example, Chemistry of Representative Elements freqently included more than five questions over the last couple of years. General Organic Chemistry + Functional Group-I is another popular topic, with question count ranging from 3-6.

In mathematics paper, Quadratic Equations, Inequalities, Progressions (3-4 questions) and Indefinite Integrals, Definite Integrals & Area under the Curve ( 3 questions on average) are popular topics.
