Hi manneum ,
There are total of 10 percent of total seats .
Due to this the general candidates has got fair chance to get inyo nits and iiits.
It means if there are total of 1000 seats then 100 seats are there for general candidate students.
But this is only applicable only if one has annual income of less than 8lac.
