what are the upsc exams that a computer engineering graduate can write? I would like to know more about the exams conducted by upsc rather than IAS.

There are more UPSC exams  other then IPS that you can write.
.
UPSC exams,

• IES
• CDS
• IFS
• CPF
• CSE
• IAS
• Civil services etc,

And the eligibility for these exams are,

1. civil service exams

One should have graduation.age must be 21 to 30 for general,upto 33 for OBC cast,upto 40 yrs for SC/ST.4 attempts for general,7 attempts for OBC and no limit for SC/SST

2.     CDS EXAMS
One should have recognised graduation.and age differs from job to job like,
Navy upto 23
Army upto 24
Airforce upto 22

3.   IES exams
IES exams has same eligibility as civil exams.

Mostly all the exams has same eligibility as mentioned above there will be no much differences.
