I wrote APLAWSET and awaiting for counselling. Little confused. One site says 1st week of september and another says 3rd week of October.

Are you asking about the engineering counselling or diploma one? The B.Tech third allotment was already announced way back. As for the institutional or any spot rounds, there is no news on this. BCECEB has yet to announced the modalities for this
