see engineering and management both are different course and its not comparable, actually it depends on your interest and your knowledge which leads you whether you should take engineering or management course, if you have intense interest in science and have the zest to learn new technologies, difficult mathematics, coding techniques then only you should take engineering, actually in engineering field, what ever time you will work for any organization you need to upgrade your self daily. now coming to management field it needs your logical reasoning and communication power to become successful as a manager, however what ever field you take, you need to work hard to land a high paying job.
