what can be skipped in chemical bonding for neet as for revision it takes 3-4 days?is VSEPR imp?

NO! You cannot skip this chapter at all.

It forms the base for the next chapters in inorganic chemistry.The concepts of hybridization,VSEPR theory are very important for NEET -as it describes various shapes in molecules. It will be helpful in identifying shapes of molecules  from observing the properties of a particular molecule,also you will be able to get knowledge of bond angles, Many inorganic chemistry reasoning and MCQs based on sequence of reacting molecules will be answered by bond angles. The topic H-bonding is also important.

Every year atleast 2–3 questions are asked from this chapter,especially about VSEPR theory - shapes of molecules, bond order, generally basic questions on bond order of most common molecules like O2,N2 and their ions like superoxide, peroxide etc. , Resonance is a lso a very important topic covered in Chemical Bonding. It is used in almost every  explanation for variations in organic chemistry. Also it is important to practice drawing resonance structures before starting of organic chemistry.

It is strictly advised not to skip this chapter. Once you understand the details, it won't much time to revise.
