What can I do after 12th PCM with 56 percent

The score you have got, though it may be considered a low score in some of the companies or profession, but in some of the professions it won't make a difference at all. For example, you may go for a B.Sc in any subject of your choice, and then make a career out of it by completing your further higher studies for example a PhD.

If you don't want to go for higher education, then you may also go for some courses which are available in the computer field and make a living out of it as these jobs are also quite highly paid like computer operator, bug tester etc.
