And yes there is fair chance of getting admission into any IITs.
But it is difficult to get a good branch in top iits,
But you can get good branches in new iits.

You can get non-standard courses like Material Science and Metallurgy in the top 3 IITs, and you can get the usual engineering courses like Civil, Mech, Electrical etc in the top 7 IITs, but it is very difficult for you to get branches like CSE in the top 7 because these are very in-demand courses and their cut-offs are very high.
