what can one should to prove his caste and land ownership for ews certificate if he and his family don't owns any land? And everywhere it is asked to give land documents.

As far as my personal experience, I first went to the Lekhpal of my area and submitted my application along with an affidavit stating that I abide by all the rules and regulations. And rest was done by the authorities themself. I was not required to perform any other thing. But make sure you personally go and submit your application properly. Ask someone to help you with the affidavit and other paperwork.
