what code should be use by a candidate who has failed in 1 subject in 2019 as a regular STUDENT and is going to appear in 2020 again but appearing again for all subjects as a private candidate...in the neet form

You need to choose code 01 as you will be appearing for your 12th examination in 2020 as a private candidate as code 01 is for those candidates who are appearing in Class 12th and their result is awaited in 2020, they are only eligible to get admission in the MBBS, BDS or other programmes offered on the basis of neet marks if they qualify the examination (10+2) with the required percentage of marks at the time of first round of counselling.

Steps you need to follow for filling neet application form are listed below "-

• NEET application fee payment
• Printing of confirmation page.

Also you need to upload following documents for filling neet application form :-

• Your passport size photograph:- background should be white , preferably with name and date of taking the photograph. Photograph should not be with cap or goggles. The focus needs to be on face (80% face coverage, ears clearly visible, on white background).

• Postcard size picture:- Must be taken on or after September 1, 2019.Preferably with name and date of taking the photograph and should not be with cap or goggles.

• Signature:- it should be on white Background with black pen; signature should be in running hand writing [not in capital letter].

• Left-hand thumb impression:- it should be with blue ink on white paper

• Class 10 passing certificate :- You should scan your Class X Passing Certificate for uploading
