what college I get through icar for UG? I secure 161 mark and my over all rank is 17548 and obc rank is 8443 .

As per 2017 cutoff trends, lowest score accepted was around 385 and hence you have extremely low chance for any colkegr in Bsc agriculture in oBC Categories.
