Dear aspirant,
No college is good enough for learning computer science on its own you have to study from different different sources to learn and become a good computer science engineer. However a good college will help you in the time of placement to get a good placement you should join a good college like IIT or NIT for that you have to appear in JEE mains exam and JEE advanced exam.
