With 97 percentile you can easily get admission into good NITs. But if you dont want to get into NITs, you are also eligible to take admission in other prestigious institutes like IIIT Jabalpur, IIIT Nagpur, IIIT Ranchi, and many more. You can also apply for other colleges which accept JEE mains score with cut off 97 or below. Do take your decision wisely according to your interest.
