Material scientist has wider scope now a days.
Here is the eligibility criteria:
1 . Aspirant should pass class12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or equivalent with minimum 55% marks.
2. Some reputated college also conduct entrance test.
Some materials scientists hold a degree in materials science, most have a degree in chemistry, physics, or engineering.
