What do different terms like deemed ,state quota ,AIQ, management kota and others mean??

All of the above are reservation seats which are given to students who fall under that  catergory. AIQ ia all india quota based on case category,

Reservation Criteria of NEET 2019 for 85% State Quota seats

The admission to the seats other than 15% AIQ seats, which is, 85% state quota seats will be done by the respective state counselling authorities. However, candidates under state quota seats must fulfill the eligibility conditions as mentioned by the particular state and qualify in NEET 2019. Also, the 100% seats in private universities/colleges will also be done by the state counselling committee, subject to the policies of Government of India/State/Union Territory.

NEET 2019 Reservation Criteria for Deemed/Central Universities and ESIC

Apart from the allotment of seats under 15% AIQ scheme, MCC will also conduct the counselling for admission of all the seats offered by Deemed and Central Universities. Admission to ESIC institutes across India will also be done on the basis of NEET scores by DGHS only.
