What do u think will be in demand after 10yrs ANM ,GNM or B.sc nursing. n which stream is good salary wise

GNM and ANM both share a similar scope of environment but GNM offers better opportunity in terms of salary. Also, as bsc nursing is a 4 years degree so it has better prospects compared to the diploma courses and if you pursue further master courses after bsc nursing then you will be having massive opportunities over the diploma courses. Salary of GNM ranges between 10k to 15k, ANM ranges between 8k to 12k and for bsc nursing the fresher salary is around 10k to 25k,
