1. Residence proof
2. Age proof(eg:birth certificate)
3. Ration card
4.Any verification letter by sarpanch or municipal councilor
5. Income certificate
6. Self-declarations form
7.Caste relevant document
You can consult concerned tahsildar for NCL certificate of Revenue and Rehabilitation department.
