It can be as low as 10L including hostel and tuition fees but as you know all the good things do not come with cheap price. So you should be prepared to cope up with 2 or 3 or maybe even more facilities that you can expect from a college with a package 20L.

Free advice: Don't get into a college just because of it's low fees. Check everything college campus/students/results/University/scholars/achiev
