What exactly will the colleges take in account (more weightage) to give a seat .. cast wise ranking, all india ranking or percentile score??

The admission in colleges usually depends upon the All India Rank you obtained in the entrance exams for general category. For Reserved Seats ie. For the reserved category candidates separate list is prepared and separate Category wise rank is told. The admission in colleges depends upon the counselling. The person with more rank is given higher preference in that college.
