As you know it is the most powerful and reputed Job in society specifically among the Businessmen, Government Officials, Bankers etc.
They are offered by Grade pay 4600 (before 7th CPC which was under CP 4200).
A CBI sub Inspector is paid salary for 13 months,because of the hectic work schedule.
One also gets CGHS facility for medical,HRA,TA,DA,advances etc.
It offers a great respectful career for young and enthusiastic candidates.
