What happen if i will not attend offline counselling, can i get direct admission in best college if my KCET rank is above 10K?

though you have a very good rank , if you donot participate in the counselling you cannot get a free seat in the colleges in your rank range . you will have to go for the donation seat . but by seeing your rank , they might give you the seat at a lower price than for any normal rank .
