Hello Aspirant,
It would be difficult to provide you the exact information about the qualifying score But a score of more than 85 percentile, The chances should be decent to qualify the exam as General Category.
With this percentile the chances seems less to qualify the exam or get a seat in NITs as a General category. I would suggest you to appear for JEE Main April Session 2020 which application form is expected to start from 7th February, 2020.
