Hey there!

You are supposed to cancel your admission in the previous college before applying into the next one.

While applying you will be asked for your transfer certificate from the previous institution, which would be submitted in your current college. And hence, during the application process in the new college, your application process will not proceed because of lack of the transfer certificate.
