In general what happens is that the checkers of the paper manually check the credentials written by the candidates in the OMR sheet to check if any point is missing by them or is filled in wrongly. So, you are in a safe zone, but you should definitely contact the examination authorities and make them aware of the circumstances.
The matter will be sorted out easily and you don't have to worry much about it especially if you have written the version code.
