There are several options such as,
1.You can take another drop and prepare for JEE mains. Every student is permitted to attempt JEE (Advanced) twice but he/she can appear for JEE (Mains) thrice.
2.You can consider private colleges - RV college of Engineering, SRM Chennai, Vellore Institute of Technology, KIIT, Manipal Institute of Technology, Thapar university etc.
3.You may apply to state engineering colleges. UPTU, RPET etc.
