Don't go for anything new for now. you can handle it and get confused. Follow your notes if you made it. If not then use NCERT and get solutions from online webpages. They are available for free. you will get it and solve all the questions.
you have practiced all these subjects from one year. get those and look into them and your +2 1st year subjects those also. take tutorials from youtube if you need any guidance. they provide small duration concept clearance videos. those will help you if it is needed.
Anyway don't worry. stay calm and solve questions understanding the steps and why it is used and solve questions of you own. If you get nervous it won't help you in any way.
