Dear Jaswant,
Admission will be through two channels: JEE Main 2018 score and Class XII board percentile.
JEE Main candidates will be given first priority and XII board candidates second priority.
In order to take admission you have to attend the counselling of REAP. Application form of REAP 2018 will open tentatively in 3rd week of May 2018 in online mode only.
