You're have passed 12th, if you have chosen the right stream then it will be great.
But mostly it happens that you have passed 12th in the stream in which you didn't want, which is okay this happens with everybody.

Hello, I think you're asking what to do after passing 12th standard, so to answer this first I would say to get to know where your interest is or you like to do, there are mainly three streams to study, arts, science and commerce, only you can know where your interest is:
If you have an interest in maths and physics then you can go for engineering, there are many branches for the same.
If you have an interest in construction and architecture, you can go for architect.
If you have an interest in arts, you can go for bachelor in arts, and also with their honours ( to study a particular subject).
Of you have an interest in commerce, you can go for a bachelor's degree for the same, you can also go for CA or a degree of bba.
